This is one of my favorite places in Seattle. If haven't visited it, you're missing a great experience.

One of my favorite things to do, right when I leave the market, is to go past the flower booth and get a gigantic bunch of fresh flowers for only $5. Best floral deal I've ever found!

Ya know, i LIVE here but still haven't gone. I don't have a clue where I will park for one thing. I guess I can take the bus in.

I did get to see a corner of the market - dan and I bused in to the retail district and lugged our luggage through the streets en route to the cruise terminal. That was fun. Sort of. ;) part of our journey took us through a piece of the outdoor part of the market. it did look very cool.

is the market something you can visit on rainy days or is it best saved for the sunshine?

I take the bus to the Market myself, it drops me just a block or two away. On a rainy day, it can be nice as it's often less crowded.

Parking is available both on the street (can be tricky on busy days) and there are several lots just for the Market, located in adjacent blocks.
