yeah, that is exactly what I am doing, traveling on thanksgiving morning. Yes, the airlines did gouge me, or course, but hopefully the roads won't be too jammed that day.

I get to skip the travel this year except for just having to get across town to my folks. But it's just not the same as when I was a kid and my uncle came and mom made the special pumpkin pie recipe that she only made for him.
